概要

• In cold regions, road pavement is greatly affected by frost heave in the ground. The use of Geogrid for earth works, such as reinforcements of embankments, has recently increased. The authors tried to use Geogrid for the improvement works of prevention method of differential frost heave. From the experimental study, it was observed that Geogrids are useful in preventing differential frost heave and cracks in pavement.
