概要: The purpose of this paper is to trace the history of the school lunch guidance observed in the curriculum standards after it started as a part of school education. For this purpose, the past and current Courses of Study since 1958, the series of the Guide Book for School Lunch since 1952, and the series of the Guide Book for Instructions on Food since 2007 were analyzed to examine the philosophies, fundamental principles and expected teaching methods of school lunch guidance in various periods of the post war era. The results of this analysis are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the philosophy of the school lunch guidance has continued to have an affinity with that of the currentShokuiku(Food and Nutrition Education) since the school lunch as an educational activity was first placed in the school curriculum. Second, the process was demonstrated in which several educational roles were newly added to the school lunch guidance as the time passed by and, as a consequence, the school lunch guidance has been gradually incorporated into the Shokuiku. 続きを見る
