- 概要:
- Minimally invasive brain surgery is proceeding to reduce the morbility and improve the accuracy and quality of neurosurgical procedures. These advanvances include neuroendoscopy, stereotactic-guided surgery, endovasucular surgery, radiosugery, and other technologogical developments. Neuroendoscopes can be introduced through a burr-hole, and has been used mainly in the intraventricular surgery. Radiosurgery using gamma knife or a LINAC system can now be used widely … to treat inoperable brain tumors and vascular disease. A neurosurgical navigation system can also be used to understand the anatomical orientation exactly during surgey. This is a review of these developments, applications, and benefits of minimally invasive brain surgery. 続きを見る
