changed the flow pass westward (clockwise) due to the presence of natural levee high. House damages of the central city area were concentrated approximately 250m around the point of levee breach. The damages were conspicuously occurred in vacant lots and/or streets which became passes of the flows with a hydraulic bore. Locality, house damages were reduced probably by rubbish and grove belts that contributed to reduction of the flow energy. Some house damages were observed 400m from the levee breach that may be caused by a reconcentration of streams.
